SEC. 2004. GENERAL REDUCTION ACROSS DIVISION.(a) Reduction.—Of the amounts provided in the authorizations of appropriations in this division, the overall authorization of appropriations in this division is reduced by $529,091,000.(b) Report on Application.—Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report describing how the reduction required by subsection (a) is applied.
