SEC. 2711. RELOCATION OF CERTAIN ARMY RESERVE UNITS IN CONNECTICUT. The Secretary of the Army may use funds appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2703 for the purpose of constructing an Army Reserve Center and Maintenance Facility in the vicinity of Newtown, Connecticut, at a location determined by the Secretary to be in the best interest of national security and in the public interest.
