hunters point environmental cleanupSec. 415. In addition to the amounts otherwise provided to the Environmental Protection Agency in this Act, $8,000,000, to remain available until expended, is provided to EPA to be transferred to the Department of the Navy for clean-up activities at the Treasure Island Naval Station—Hunters Point Annex.
