The item relating to “National Capital Arts and Cultural Affairs” in the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1986, as enacted into law by section 101(d) of Public Law 99–190 (99 Stat. 1261; 20 U.S.C. 956a), is amended—(1) in the second sentence of the first paragraph, by striking “$7,500,000” and inserting “$10,000,000”; and(2) in the second sentence of the fourth paragraph, by striking “$500,000” and inserting “$650,000”.
