authorization for refinancingSec. 443. The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall allow the State of Mississippi to refinance the Clean Water State Revolving Loans made to the Hancock Water and Sewer District and the Hancock Utility Authority for a period not to exceed one year with the payment schedule amortized over that additional period.
