Sec. 735. Section 17(r)(5) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1766(r)(5)) is amended—(1) by striking “eight” and inserting “ten”;(2) by striking “six” and inserting “eight”; and(3) by inserting “Vermont, Maryland,” after the first instance of “States shall be”.
