SEC. 305. TRADE AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ACTIVITIES FOR POLAND AND HUNGARY. In order to permit expansion of the Trade and Development Program into Poland and Hungary, there are authorized to be appropriated $6,000,000 for the 3-year period beginning October 1, 1989, to carry out section 661 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2241), in addition to amounts otherwise available for such purpose.
