Sec. 111. The Missouri River Levee System (MRLS) Unit L–385 Project, Riverside, Missouri, authorized by the Flood Control Act of 1941, Public Law 77–228, and the Flood Control Act of 123 STAT. 608 1944, Public Law 78–534, is modified to direct the Secretary, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to take such action as is necessary to correct deficiencies in the L–385 levee system in Riverside, Missouri at full Federal expense at a cost of no more than $7,000,000.
