SEC. 803. ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES OF THE AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT. For the purpose of paying administrative expenses incurred in connection with carrying out its functions under this Act, the Agency for International Development may use up to $500,000 each fiscal year of the funds made available to the Agency under this Act.
