Sec. 616. Section 5112 of title 31, United States Code (as amended by Public Law 110–161), is amended—(1) by redesignating the second subsection (r) as subsection (s), and(2) by striking “paragraph (4)” each place it appears in subsection (s)(5) (as redesignated by paragraph (1)) and inserting “paragraph (3)”.
