Administration on Aging Aging Services Programs For carrying out, to the extent not otherwise provided, the Older Americans Act of 1965, section 398 of the Public Health Service Act, and section 119 of the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008, $1,491,343,000, of which $5,500,000 shall be available for activities regarding medication management, screening, and education to prevent incorrect medication and adverse drug reactions: Provided, That $5,123,000 shall be used for the projects, and in the amounts, specified under the heading “Aging Services Programs” in the explanatory statement described in section 4 (in the matter preceding division A of this consolidated Act).123 STAT. 777
