(rescission of funds)Sec. 225. Of the funds available for carrying out section 204 of the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 (Public Law 106–170), $21,500,000 are rescinded: Provided, That notwithstanding subsection (c)(3)(B) of such section, in no case may the aggregate amount of payments made by the Secretary of Health and Human Services to States under such section exceed $223,500,000.
