Sec. 105. (a) Section 101 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1993 (2 U.S.C. 95b) is amended by striking “transferred among” each place it appears in subsections (a), (b), and (c)(1) and inserting “transferred among and merged with”.(b) Section 101(c)(2) of such Act (2 U.S.C. 95b(c)) is amended to read as follows:“(2) The headings referred to in paragraph (1) are ‘House Leadership Offices’, ‘Members’ Representational Allowances’, ‘Committee Employees’, ‘Salaries, Officers and Employees’, and ‘Allowances and Expenses’.”.(c) The amendments made by this section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2009 and each succeeding fiscal year.
