training and equipment reportsSec. 7087. (a) The annual foreign military training report required by section 656 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 shall be submitted by the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of State to the Committees on Appropriations by the date specified in that section.(b) Not later than 90 days after enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State, in consultation with other relevant United States Government agencies, shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations a report detailing the equipment to be purchased with funds appropriated or otherwise made available under the headings “Andean Counterdrug Programs”, “International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement”, and “Foreign Military Financing Program” in this Act: Provided, That such report shall include a description of the anticipated costs associated with the operation and maintenance of such equipment in subsequent fiscal years: Provided further, That for the purposes of this subsection, “equipment” shall be defined as any aircraft, vessel, boat or vehicle.
