Sec. 228. Section 683(2) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 13641(2)) is amended—(1) in subparagraph (F), by striking “and”;(2) in subparagraph (G) by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and(3) by adding a new subparagraph (H) as follows: “(H) housing that is assisted under section 811 of the Cranston-Gonzalez Affording Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 8013).”.
