ARMY AVIATION FLIGHT FACILITY AT JACKSON, TENNESSEE

SEC. 305. ARMY AVIATION FLIGHT FACILITY AT JACKSON, TENNESSEE (a) Establishment of Facility.—The Secretary of the Army shall establish an Army aviation flight facility at McKellar Field in Jackson, Tennessee. (b) Amount Authorized for Transfer of Brigade.—Of the amount appropriated pursuant to section 301 for fiscal year 1990 for operation and maintenance for the Army National Guard, $300,000 is authorized to be used to transfer the aviation section of the 30th Separate Armored Brigade of the Tennessee National Guard to the facility established pursuant to subsection (a).
