Sec. 131. (a) The table contained in section 1702 of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (119 Stat. 1256) is amended by striking the project description for item number 189 and inserting the following: “Planning, design, engineering, environmental analysis, acquisition of rights-of-way, and construction for the Long Valley Bypass”.(b) The table contained in section 1702 of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (119 Stat. 1256) is amended by striking the project description for item number 3546 and inserting the following: “Port of Coos Bay to acquire and repair the Coos Bay Line”.
