SEC. 327. COMMERCIAL SALE OF RECORDING OF AIR FORCE SINGING SERGEANTS The Secretary of the Air Force may enter into an appropriate contract providing for the production and commercial sale of a recording made on April 9, 1989, by the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra and members of the Air Force known as the United States Air Force Singing Sergeants. Any contract entered into under this section shall contain such provisions as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.
