SEC. 371. REPORT ON MILITARY USE OF THE INLAND NAVIGATION SYSTEM Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to Congress a report on the potential for obtaining efficiencies, savings, and enhanced mobilization preparedness through increased use of the national inland waterway system by the Department of Defense and defense industries.
