Sec. 1325. (a) Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for “Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Construction of Research Facilities” shall be $70,000,000.(b) The set-asides included in division B of Public Law 111–117 under the heading “Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Construction of Research Facilities” for a competitive construction grant program for research science buildings and for projects specified in the explanatory statement accompanying that Act shall not apply to funds appropriated by this division.
