SEC. 218. V–22 OSPREY AIRCRAFT PROGRAM Of the amount appropriated pursuant to section 201(a) or otherwise made available to the Navy for fiscal year 1990, not more than $255,000,000 may be obligated for research, development, test, and evaluation in connection with the V–22 aircraft program.
