FUNDING FOR SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE KWAJALEIN TEST RANGE

SEC. 232. FUNDING FOR SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE KWAJALEIN TEST RANGE The Secretary of Defense shall transfer to the Army $7,500,000 from funds available for research, development, test and evaluation for the Armed Forces for fiscal year 1990. Funds so transferred shall be available for the sole purpose of funding highest priority security improvements at the Kwajalein Test Range. Funds made available for such purpose shall be in addition to any funds otherwise made available for the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll Command.
