SEC. 911. REDUCTION IN AUTHORIZED END STRENGTH FOR THE NUMBER OF MILITARY PERSONNEL IN EUROPE (a) Reduction Required.—Section 1002(c)(1) of the Department of Defense Authorization Act, 1985 (22 U.S.C. 1928 note), is amended by striking out “326,414” and inserting in lieu thereof “311,855”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on September 30, 1991.
