LIMITATION ON PROCUREMENT OF V-Z2 OSPREY AIRCRAFT

SEC. 151. LIMITATION ON PROCUREMENT OF V-Z2 OSPREY AIRCRAFT (a) Prohibition.—None of the funds appropriated for fiscal year 1990 or otherwise made available to the Department of Defense for fiscal year 1990 pursuant to this Act or any Act enacted after this Act may be obligated for procurement of V–22 aircraft. 103 STAT. 1387 (b) Statutory Construction.—A provision of law enacted after the date of the enactment of this Act may not be construed as modifying or superseding any provision of this section unless that provision specifically refers to such section and specifically states that such provision of law modifies or supersedes such section.
