SUNSET DATES.
SEC. 304. SUNSET DATES.(a) Authorization.—Sections 744A and 744B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as added by section 302 of this Act, shall cease to be effective October 1, 2017.(b) Reporting Requirements.—Section 744C of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as added by section 303 of this Act, shall cease to be effective January 31, 2018.
