SEC. 404. SUNSET DATES.(a) Authorization.—Sections 744G and 744H of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as added by section 402 of this Act, shall cease to be effective October 1, 2017.(b) Reporting Requirements.—Section 744I of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as added by section 403 of this Act, shall cease to be effective January 31, 2018.126 STAT. 1039
