SEC. 721. PROHIBITION ON CHARGES FOR OUTPATIENT MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE During fiscal years 1990 and 1991, the Secretary of Defense may not impose a charge for the receipt of outpatient medical or dental care at a military medical treatment facility.
