INCREASE IN AMOUNT PAYABLE UNDER MONTGOMERY GI BILL FOR CRITICAL SPECIALTIES

SEC. 641. INCREASE IN AMOUNT PAYABLE UNDER MONTGOMERY GI BILL FOR CRITICAL SPECIALTIES Section 1415(c) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking out “$400 per month” and inserting in lieu thereof “$400 per month, in the case of an individual who first became a member of the Armed Forces before the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991, or $700 per month, in the case of an individual who first became a member of the Armed Forces on or after that date”.
