BUDGET PROPOSALS RELATING TO DRUG INTERDICTION AND COUNTER-DRUG ACTIVITIESThe budget of the United States Government submitted to Congress under section 1105 of title 31, United States Code, for fiscal years 1991 and 1992 shall set forth separately the amount requested for the mission of the Department of Defense related to drug 103 STAT. 1564interdiction and counter-drug activities in support of civilian agencies.
