SEC. 1113. CLARIFICATION OF REQUIREMENT FOR COMPLETION OF FULL TOUR OF DUTY AS QUALIFICATION FOR SELECTION AS A JOINT SPECIALTY OFFICERSection 661(c) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “(as described in section 664 (f)(1) or (f)(3) of this title)” in paragraphs (1)(B) and (3)(A) and inserting in lieu thereof “(as described in section 664(f) of this title (other than in paragraph (2) thereof))”.
