SEC. 506. TECHNICAL AMENDMENT FOR DEFINITION OF INTELLIGENCE AGENCY. Section 606(5) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 426) is amended to read as follows:“(5) The term ‘intelligence agency’ means the elements of the intelligence community, as that term is defined in section 3(4).”.
