SEC. 208. RESEARCH, ENGINEERING, AND DEVELOPMENT. Section 48102(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—(1) in paragraph (13) by striking “and” at the end;(2) in paragraph (14) by striking “2010.” and inserting “2010;”; and(3) by adding at the end the following:“(15) $170,000,000 for fiscal year 2011; and“(16) $57,016,885 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on January 31, 2012.”.
