EXTENSION OF CERTAIN PRIOR YEAR AUTHORIZATIONS

SEC. 2205. EXTENSION OF CERTAIN PRIOR YEAR AUTHORIZATIONSNotwithstanding the provisions of section 2171(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1988 and 1989 (division B of Public Law 100–180; 101 Stat. 1206), authorizations for the following projects authorized in section 2121 of that Act shall remain in effect until October 1, 1990, or the date of the enactment of an Act (other than this Act) authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 1991, whichever is later: (1) Physical security improvements in the amount of $2,460,000 at Naval Air Station, Sigonella, Italy. (2) Cold-iron utilities support in the amount of $7,480,000 at Naval Support Office, La Maddalena, Italy. (3) Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence Complex in the amount of $19,400,000 at Naval Support Activity, Naples, Italy.
