DOMESTIC BUILD-TO-LEASE PROGRAM

SEC. 2805. DOMESTIC BUILD-TO-LEASE PROGRAMSection 2828(g) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out paragraphs (7) and (8) and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “(7) Each of the Secretaries concerned may enter into one or more contracts under this subsection for a number of family housing units not exceeding the number specified for that Secretary as follows: “(A) The Secretary of the Army, 6,300. “(B) The Secretary of the Navy, 6,200. “(C) The Secretary of the Air Force, 5,800. “(D) The Secretary of Transportation with respect to the Coast Guard, 900,”; (2) by redesignating paragraphs (9) and (10) as paragraphs (8) and (9), respectively; and (3) in paragraph (8), as so redesignated, by striking out “1989” and inserting in lieu thereof “1991”.
