COMMUNITY PLANNING ASSISTANCE

SEC. 2842. COMMUNITY PLANNING ASSISTANCEThe Secretary of Defense may use funds appropriated to the Department of Defense for fiscal year 1990 for planning and design 103 STAT. 1663purposes to provide community planning assistance in the following amounts to the following communities: (1) Not to exceed $250,000 of the planning and design funds of the Department of the Army for communities located near the newly established light infantry division posts at Fort Drum, New York. (2) Not to exceed $250,000 of the planning and design funds of the Department of the Navy for communities located near the newly established Navy strategic dispersal program homeport at Everett, Washington. (3) Not to exceed $250,000 of the planning and design funds of the Department of the Air Force for communities located near Whiteman Air Force Base, Knob Noster, Missouri.
