Sec. 115. Section 1148 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4254; 110 Stat. 3718; 114 Stat. 2609) is amended by striking subsection (b) and inserting the following:“(b) Disposition of Acquired Land.—The Secretary may transfer land acquired under this section to the non-Federal sponsor by quitclaim deed subject to such terms and conditions as the Secretary determines to be in the public interest.”.
