Analysis and Operations For necessary expenses for intelligence analysis and operations coordination activities, as authorized by title II of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 121 et seq.), $338,068,000; of which not to exceed $4,250 shall be for official reception and representation expenses; and of which $141,521,000 shall remain available until September 30, 2013.
