computation of survivor benefit for former spouses Sec. 304. (a) Section 224(a)(2) of the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement Act of 1964 for Certain Employees is amended by striking out “and also by an amount” and all that follows through “by the United States”. (b) The amendment made by this section shall be effective as of October 1, 1986.
