SEC. 406. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 209 OF TITLE 18, UNITED STATES CODE. Section 209(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “Shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.” and inserting “Shall be subject to the penalties set forth in section 216 of this title.”.
