Up to $36,000,000 of funds appropriated for the account “Department of the Treasury, Debt Restructuring” by the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011 (Public Law 112–10, Division B) may be made available for the United States share of an increase in the resources of the Fund for Special Operations of the Inter-American Development Bank in furtherance of debt relief provided to Haiti in view of the Cancun Declaration of March 21, 2010.
