USE OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLES.

SEC. 503. USE OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLES. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the head of each department, agency, or other entity of each branch of the Government shall prescribe by rule appropriate conditions for the incidental use, for other than official business, of vehicles owned or leased by the Government. Such use with respect to vehicles owned or leased by, or the cost of which is reimbursed by, the House of Representatives or the Senate shall be only as prescribed by rule of the House of Representatives or the Senate, as applicable.
