SEC. 1067. MODIFICATION OF REPORTING REQUIREMENTS UNDER OTHER LAWS.(a) Small Business Act.—Section 9 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638) is amended—(1) in subsection (b)(7), by inserting “and including an accounting of funds, initiatives, and outcomes under the Commercialization Pilot Program” after “and (o)(15),”; and(2) in subsection (y), by striking paragraph (5).(b) Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007.—Section 1821(b)(2) of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007 (50 U.S.C. 2911(b)(2)) is amended in the first sentence by striking “of each year” and inserting “of each even-numbered year”.
