SEC. 1085. USE OF STATE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FUNDS FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES. Subject to section 1210 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (Public Law 111–84; 123 Stat. 2517; 32 U.S.C. 107 note), of the funds made available to the National Guard, the Secretary of Defense may use up to $3,000,000 to pay for travel and per diem costs associated with the participation 125 STAT. 1603 of United States and foreign civilian and non-defense agency personnel in conducting activities under the State Partnership Program of the National Guard.
