SEC. 803. ADMINISTRATION AND COORDINATION. Section 504 (42 U.S.C. 5084) is amended— (1) by inserting “(a)” after “Sec. 504.”; and (2) by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(b) For each of the fiscal years 1990 through 1993, there is authorized to be appropriated for the administration of this Act, as authorized in title IV, 20 percent of the total amount appropriated under sections 501 and 502.”.
