SEC. 3102. TRANSITIONAL MEDICAL ASSISTANCE. Sections 1902(e)(1)(B) and 1925(f) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396a(e)(1)(B), 1396r–6(f)), as amended by section 311 of the Temporary Payroll Tax Cut Continuation Act of 2011 (Public Law 112–78), are each amended by striking “February 29” and inserting “December 31”.
