SEC. 2184. DEFINITIONS. In this subtitle:126 STAT. 185(1) Secretary.—The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Labor.(2) State; state agency.—The terms “State” and “State agency” have the meanings given such terms under section 205 of the Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 1970 (26 U.S.C. 3304 note).
