POHNPEI HYDROPOWER ADDITION.

SEC. 205. POHNPEI HYDROPOWER ADDITION. In addition to sums already appropriated for the Nanpil hydropower project, there are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Army up to $6.5 million for design and construction of the hydropower addition to the Nanpil project. The Secretary of the Army is directed to use any funds appropriated pursuant to this authorization for the intended purposes, and under the same terms and conditions as sums previously provided.
