SEC. 207. VIRGIN ISLANDS PRISON EXPANSION AND RENOVATION. There is authorized to be appropriated $5,000,000 to the Secretary of the Interior for the Golden Grove Prison on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands, and for renovation of and improvements of existing prison facilities.
