SEC. 106. AUDIT CERTIFICATION. The chief officer of any agency conducting an audit pursuant to paragraph (1) of sections 102(c) and 103(m) of the Compact of Free Association Act of 1985 (Public Law 99–239) and section 101(d)(1)(C) of Public Law 99–658 shall certify that audit.
