SEC. 406. RESTORATION OF PRIOR REPORTING FEE MULTIPLIERS. During the one-year period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, the second sentence of section 3684(c) shall be applied—(1) by substituting “$9” for “$12”; and(2) by substituting “$13” for “$15”.
